Returns and refunds

You can return any item within **30 days of delivery** for a full refund. Start a return from your order page and print the prepaid label. Once the parcel reaches our warehouse the refund is issued to the original payment method and clears within 3–5 working days. Outside the 30-day window we can usually offer store credit — ask the customer to contact support rather than starting a return.
